Position Description:
**An opportunity has become available within the Settlement and Recons Clerk Department of Invoice to Cash Team.**
**You will be responsible for, among others**:

- Investigating and resolving customer EFT settlements related to stores cash sale transactions (SA and cross border stores)
- Clearing and recording customer/ store EFT settlements
- Liaising with the banks to resolve any queries
- Liaising with stores and the operations divisions
Process correcting journals
- Ad hoc related tasks that may arise
- Matric
- 2 years’ experience in a finance/admin environment
- Have reconciliation experience
- SAP experience - essential
- Recon Assist experience - essential
- Highly accurate and detail orientated
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An assertive communicator
- Have a high customer service orientation
- Deadline oriented with good time-management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
- Keen to assist where you have capacity and go the extra mile
