We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and monitor the organisation of key client projects and be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
About you
As the Project Manager, you will be the go-to person for everything related to the organisation and timing of a project.
You should have experience in business management, budgeting and analysis, have an excellent aptitude for problem-solving and be comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously. You will be working with colleagues and clients at all levels in South Africa, France, and the UK, which will require you to be an excellent communicator.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for flawless execution of projects
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within planned scope and budget
Manage the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
Manage the resources allocated to the project and ensure their availability
Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress
Use appropriate auditing techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and forward to management when necessary
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Ensure risk management to minimise project risks
Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customers, Vendors and Third parties
Create and maintain complete project documentation
Collaborate with project delivery teams to drive through key actions required to ensure the successful integration of products
Ensure formal handover of project and contract requirements to operational / support teams and clients as required
**Requirements**:
Recognised diploma in project management, preferably in the fields of IT or engineering
5 years or more proven work experience as a project manager in the information technology sector or similar
Strong technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Knowledge of FIDIC contract management
Excellent communication skills with clients and internally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of G-Suite
Knowledge of the French language would be an advantage
Certification in project Management methodologies, including Prince2 and / or Agile
