We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telematics Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and customers, providing expert assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer support to dealers and customers specifically related to Telematics.
- Ensure all service and support requests are accurately entered into the contact management system.
- Provide technical support regarding product information and specifications.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telematics or a similar field within a customer service or call center environment.
- Proficiency in basic PC use, including keyboard and headset operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and translate them into solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Empathy towards customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks on the job.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Primary function includes answering calls and providing excellent customer support.
