Beagle Watch Armed Response, a leading private security provider in Gauteng, and is currently looking for a Marketing Manager.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree or diploma (BA or B. Com in Marketing or Communication)
- Post graduate qualification in marketing is an added advantage
- Must have at least 6 years of experience preferably in marketing, product management, or related field
- Must have strong analytical approach - i.e. advanced skills in excel, strategic analysis, price, Profit and loss management
- Must have a consumer-focused mindset that is been skilled at campaign development and management
- Must be Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as, Google Analytics
- Must be a team player who is able to bringing people together and aligning them around common goals
- Must communicate well in English, with strong writing skills, and strong verbal communication skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Analyses local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends and input to the business.
- Handling complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Leading in marketing performance optimization and drives continuous improvements.
- Leading in integrated consumer marketing plan, based on consumer, market and competitor insights as input to the country business plans.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to the business goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Marketing: 6 years (required)
Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
