**Job Purpose**:
Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day planning, facilitation and management of creative support processes and services to business unit operations, through building positive and integrated relationships with the business; and balancing client requirements with delivery from the creative team in providing high quality creative content and products that will elicit maximum engagement across consumer touch points with the aim of maximising the revenue potential of the business

**Education**
- Minimum of a 3-year B Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Certificate in programme or project management
- Diploma in graphic design is an advantage

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creative marketing with exposure in account management
