**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Build, train, and lead a sales team to excel in their roles, ensuring high performance and dedication.
- **Revenue Generation**: Drive the team to achieve and surpass PHP 50,000 in weekly revenue targets.
- **Client Acquisition**: Develop tactics to increase client base and meet quarterly acquisition goals, focusing on quality and sustainable growth.

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of CRM systems and KPI reporting.
