WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role forms part of the Facilities and Security Team. You would be required to oversee all maintenance for BankservAfrica buildings, furniture fittings and assets for BankservAfrica, including people - visitors and employees and contractors - and to ensure yearly maintenance plans are updated, that contracts are in place and contractors carry out their responsibilities when required. This role is also responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of facilities, cleaning, canteen management, safety and security related to BankservAfrica.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE (INCLUDING MOST RELEVANT FIELD OF STUDY)
Matric
Sound Knowledge of the Health and Safety standards and Legal requirements.
EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING RELEVANT SECTOR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE)
At least 3-4 years facilities management experience.
Maintenance experience in corporate environment.
Must have experience in a leadership role.
