The Facilities Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of Facilities Management, Security Management, Health and Safety for the organization.

Topics include Facility Management (Hard, Soft and User Services, Canteen, Company Shop), Physical Security, Information Security (Non-digital), Executive and Event Protection, Investigations, Resilience (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Threat Management), Health, Safety and Sustainability.

He/she reports on related KPIs in line with legal and company regulations including SHE is reporting for Office and R&D.
- Oversees and controls the implementation of the standards, policies and guidelines related to the topics within the scope of HSC and ensures compliance with local regulations.
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate projects to strengthen these topics in the country assigned.
- Develops and maintains strategic, sustainable and effective working relationships with stakeholders. This includes external (authorities, regulators, suppliers, professional associations) and internal stakeholders up to Leadership level and regional functions.
- Leads teams in infrastructure services including Hard, Soft and User Services, Safety, Security, Fleet, etc. to support daily operational needs in admin & R&D sites.
- Identifies, initiates, and leads local projects within allocated budgets to provide and maintain an adequate workplace and enable and strengthen the company business operations and resilience.
- Oversee the execution of global and regional strategic projects related to Real Estate, Facility Management, Security, Resilience, SHE and Sustainability.
- Coordinates the response to potentially high impact events: Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Threat Management, Duty of Care.
- Professionally represents the HSC department, engaging with country/site leadership regarding policies, projects, risks and high impact situations.
- Develop and promote excellence and expertise in Facility Management, Continuous Improvement, Fleet Management, Security Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Duty of Care, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability topics. Participate and contribute in relevant external networks.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in several of the topics within the scope of the position.
- Incumbent needs to be able to interact with Corporate Teams, Exco's and Site managers.
- Leadership, judgement and analytical skills are key. Engagement, autonomy and resilience are essential. A high level of proficiency in English across all media is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or suitable alternative
