**Key Responsibilities**:

- Allocate and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Promote and sell ancillary products (e.g., tyre and glass cover, third party insurance, super cover waiver, GPS and baby seats) to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales environment, preferably in car rental or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for customer management.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team player
- flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
