- Consolidation of all Move elements for all planning cycles. Move variable costs, ie Freight, Productivity & Capex. Business Partner with RLM and functional leads to do performance management. Support Productivity and Capex Agenda for BU on Move agenda - Review of capex write-up before submission for review. Executing on COE governance and support capability build for Capex and Productivity, Deliver Move cause of change for (Grains and Export BU’s) for consolidation to Sector Submissions.
- Work closely with the RLM, Functional leads and Move leadership team to navigate the business and deliver AOP (performance/trend analysis and interpretation, opportunity/risk management, cost and capital business navigation, trade off management)
- Lead Move (Grains and Export BU’s)and Capital performance/trend analysis and interpretation together with feedback to the RLM and DC controllers.
- Lead business navigation for the Move team to hit AOP targets (proactively raise & lead trade off discussions, opportunity/risk management, manage communications with RLM and DC controllers.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to Regional logistic Managers, DC Controlers and functional leads i.e Fleet and freight leads
- Lead the annual planning cycle for Move Grains and Export BU’s (AOP, forecasts, weekly LE etc.)
- Lead core planning processes for Move (Grains and Export BU’s)-AOP and Forecasts - discuss and align targets with the RLM and Functional leads, deliver core process against clear timeline, manage trade-offs, risks/opps, present plans etc.
- Build sustainable planning processes & tools to enhance efficiency & responsiveness of Grains and Export BU’s financial forecasting
- Provide key input to EF BU & Planning Director in development of BU financial plans & forecasts and collaborate with BU business planners to deliver the BU wide Planning Cycles.
- Provide financial support for the iS&OP / EBP financial reconciliation process and integrate Operational forecast metrics into the BU wide planning agenda
- Lead financial performance tracking for Move (explain financial results in Grains and Export BU’s, collaborate with Supply Chain Control to harmonize the period close process to streamline tracking and performance management).
- Lead performance tracking for Move Grains and Export BU’s.
- Period Close - corroborate with Control to review flash outlooks, explain key drivers, provide trend analysis, explain variances, interpret impact on future forecasts, recommend corrective actions.
- Forecasting - Support SCF Move BP in Supply Chain/Capital Quarterly Forecasts, prepare routine and ad-hock forecasts, explain run rates, manage trade-offs, highlight risks/opps, agree corrective actions with RLMs and DC controllers to get back to Plan
- Productivity - Agree monthly / quarterly forecasts with Productivity COE, RLM and functional leads before submissionSupport Capital Expenditure project evaluation for key projects within Move
- Ensure robust financial evaluation & business case development for capital expenditure proposals - review/amend economic assumptions to ensure robust for smaller projects, lead business case development including economic model for larger projects
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo financial policies in all capital expenditure proposals

5.Support Productivity Projects evaluation for key projects within Move Grains and Export BU’s.
- Ensure robust financial evaluation and development of models are developed to review and validate projects for PowerSteering submissions
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo financial policies for all productivity projects loaded in PowerSteering

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Qualifications & knowledge**

Excellent communication and presentation skills that enable a smooth execution of all related processes.
- Computer literate
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Multi-dimensional data base experience
- B Comm. - or equivalent, with accounting as one of the majors. CA / CMA advantageous
- Able to design and implement strong financial models, processes and procedures.
- Adaptable to multi-cultural and multi-national Environment
**Experience required**:

- Minimum of 5 years Finance Management experience. FMCG experience advantageous
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of current and emerging technology
- Strong financial management & planning background
- SAP experience advantageous
