**Role purpose**
Be a first class business partner and analyst for Finance and Supply Chain teams by providing reliable, accurate, relevant and timely information to drive fact based reporting and decision making for cost management.

Be the guardian of HEINEKEN assets and reputation through improved financial controls, managed financial risks and clear & transparent information on business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a co-pilot to Supply Chain teams in decision making through solicited and unsolicited advice based on financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of business operations.
- Prepare Cost release for Supply Chain materials (New innovation projects, monthly sourcing changes, annual cost release)
- Prepare monthly regional and functional reporting for submission to Business Control Manager reflecting:

- Fixed costs Monthly cost deviations to annual plan, rolling forecast and prior years
- Clear commentary reflecting cost drivers supported with graphs, internal/external insights and benchmarks
- Streamlined and timely reporting of Supply Chain Costs Production and KPIs using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Supply Chain Production Fixed costs Monthly Benchmark reporting
- Create early warnings for deviations to targets and KPIs
- Advise on corrective actions
- Prepare Supply Chain Business Plan for Production Fixed costs (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Rolling Forecast and Latest Estimates).
- Support the continuous capex planning (including understanding BCM) for Supply Chain:

- Ensure reliability & integrity of accounting records (accounts and cost centres, capex vs opex) and financial information (P&L and balance sheet) through regular controls and financial awareness of functions.
- Identify gaps in Supply Chain processes, design, propose and implement solutions/controls to strengthen control environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement:

- Design, Develop and Implement standardised reporting
- Process gap analysis with creation and implementation of standardised operating procedure manual

**Position profile: Qualifications and Experience**:
Qualifications:

- 2 years FMCG experience + related SAP systems Management for all material related transactions
- SAP Material ledger knowledge
- Experience in FMCG environment key requirement specifically beverage environment will be advantageous

Skills Required:

- 2 years’ experience in the area of Management Accounting Controlling for FMCG beverage environment ideally in Production. FMCG experience critical
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance.
- Passion for delivering accurate and timely result, take ownership and translating insights into concise practical plans.
- Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision making.
- Excellent team player with strong oral and written communication skills.
- High level of cross functional cooperation: effectively partnering with various teams.
- Ability to present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way; tailor content to audience.
- Ability to challenge and influence others.
- Drive for improvements and changes.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Ability to work with an ERP system.
- Ability to prepare simple/medium complexity business cases and models.
