**About the Role**
We're looking for a proactive and detailoriented Sales and Procurement Administrator to support our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive operational excellence by managing procurement processes, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and value, while contributing to the achievement of OryxAlign's strategic goals.
**What the Sales and Procurement Administrator will be responsible for**
- Procurement Management: Oversee the purchase order process, track deliveries, update systems, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage incoming sales enquiries, and provide timely updates to the sales team.
- Vendor & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Subscription Renewals: Manage upcoming renewals, prepare contracts, and ensure timely completion.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, generate weekly sales performance and pipeline reports, and coordinate client meetings.
- Health & Safety: Complete relevant training and follow company H&S guidance.
**What we are looking for from a Sales and Procurement Administrator**
This role suits someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys problemsolving, and can work independently while collaborating across teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Familiarity with the IT sector and comfort working with technology.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and risk management.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 frameworks.
- Experience with contract management systems and supplier relationship management.
Desirable:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
