**Purpose**
A Leadership and Development Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee training programs within an organization.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and employee training needs.
Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
Design comprehensive training programs, considering learning objectives and organizational goals.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in training delivery
Oversee the development and implementation of e-learning platforms and courses.
Stay updated on technological advancements to enhance online training capabilities.
Adjust training programs based on feedback, changing business needs, and emerging trends.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives.
Leadership Training

**Salary**: R19,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
