Credit Services Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct onboarding, refresher, and specialized training sessions**:

- New Hire Training: Onboarding for new employees will include comprehensive training on Credit Operations policies, procedures and systems.
- Refresher Training: Periodic sessions will ensure that team members stay current on updated policies or changing regulations.
- Specialized Training: Training will take place as needed for specific challenges, new processes or changes in legislation that affect Credit Operations.

- **Training Material Development**:

- Training materials must be continuously created, reviewed and updated to stay current with procedural and system changes. This can include practical case studies, script updates and departmental bot maintenance.
- Trainers are required to stay up to date on new and latest training practices and implement new and effective ways to train learners.

- **Collaboration with Operations**:

- Maintain close collaboration with Credit Operations Management and the QA Team as this will be essential to identify training needs, gaps in knowledge and areas for improvement.

- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Effectiveness Assessments: Gather feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of the training
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate group sessions with trainees to revisit QA performance and address common challenges

- **Change Management Control**
- Support the maintenance and updating of all change management documentation

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- 2 to 3 years previous training experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Credit Operations, Retail Operations or Call Centres
- Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Coaching and/or team development skills
- Experience working on Vision and Customer Screens
- QA knowledge advantageous
