A1 Group SA is looking for a Trainer/coach to join our People Development Team to coordinate training activities that will help optimize our human capital.
Our company specializes the call center and field markets and is an outsource provider to leading national and international Brands. The Trainer/Coach responsibilities will include the mentoring of new and existing sales agents, designing individual and team training modules, reporting on all the training initiatives and must be able to travel across the country. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and have the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority. Ultimately, you will help our sales agents develop their skills and achieve their targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Training/Coaching of all existing Field staff.
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Develop material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies
- Design training modules using role-playing activities and job simulation
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors
- Maintain updated records of sales modules and material
- Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
- Training agents in the various regions
- Special training of our bottom performers

**Requirements and Qualification**
- Matric (Grade 12) - Essential
- Must be a qualified Facilitator (NQF 5)
- + 3 Years’ work experience as a Sales Trainer/Coach or similar role
- Experience in a Field Sales environment
- Must have own transport
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (Eg. videos or Power Point slides)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Financial Service products
- Administrative skill

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
