We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : **Job Purpose**: We are looking for an Outbound (Exports) Coordinator that will be reporting into the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the export of goods or services from one country to another. This can involve a wide range of activities, including negotiating sales contracts with overseas customers, arranging shipping and transportation logistics, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. **Responsibilities**: - Identifying potential export markets and customers - Negotiating sales contracts and payment terms with overseas customers - Coordinating the logistics of shipping and transportation, including arranging for the loading and unloading of cargo and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements - Managing the export process from start to finish, including coordinating with other departments within the company as needed - Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners involved in the export process - Monitoring and reporting on export activities and performance, including tracking sales, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for improvement. - Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for outbound logistics. - Managing and optimizing transportation costs, including negotiating rates with carriers and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. **Desired Skills**: - Ability to problem solve - Attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Strategic thinking - Ability to perform under pressure - Deadline driven **Requirements**: - BCom Logistics and Supply Chain Management - Years of experience - Technical Knowledge: - Thorough knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principals - Experience with transportation and logistics software tools for managing export documentation and tracking shipments. - In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures **Why should you apply?** - We are passionate about our people and want to offer them the opportunity to develop and grow. - You never stop learning.
