Cross border - road and sea freight
Exports is +/- 80% and imports is +/- 20% of the role
Exports knowledge into African countries i.e Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia
Good knowledge and experience of all export documentation required (sea and road)
Excellent understanding of Incoterms and Shipping terms
Computer literate on MS Office
SAP is essential

Assisting the Domestic and Export Sales Managers with their day-to-day business
Entering orders into the SAP system
Manage and prepare all required documentation for exports via road and sea freight

Updating data bases (updating contact details of new suppliers and new customers)
Maintaining active relationships with customers, suppliers, Logistic Partners and Credit Insurers

Marketing studies
Assisting the Sales Manager in the development of existing customers and prospecting of new customers
Prepare and maintain documents for forwarders
Export and import related tasks
Administrative tasks
