**KPI 1: Social Community Agent**
- Actively engage, manage, and resolve customers’ queries on all social media platforms Private and Public.
- Brand tone awareness.
- Understanding key social audiences.
- Implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Use social media tools and provided systems.
- Gage and effectively resolve social customer queries and complaints.
- Efficiently provide solutions to complex and vast queries presented on all social platforms.
- Be willing to work above and beyond when the situation arises.
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast past environment.
