Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00

Role Overview

Invnt Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist with strong marketing, SEO, and digital communication experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing, managing, and optimising social media content and campaigns across multiple industries.

This position requires someone who can analyse algorithms, identify target markets, and structure data-driven content strategies that deliver measurable results.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years proven experience in:
  • Social media management
  • Digital marketing
  • SEO and analytics
  • Content creation & brand storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Social media algorithms
  • Audience targeting
  • Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to track performance and generate monthly reports.
  • Graphic design or content-editing ability will be an advantage.

Location Requirements

  • Applicants must reside close to the V&A Waterfront / surrounding Cape Town areas for ease of travel and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Invnt Group brands.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content across all social media platforms.
  • Use analytics and algorithm insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Identify and target specific audience segments.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Execute SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including reporting and performance tracking.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
