We have a vacancy for an Administrator at our offices in Polokwane office.

Applicants must meet the following Criteria:

- Own Transport
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2+ years Office Administration
- A certification in MIE Verification will be advantageous.
- Experience in diary management and scheduling.
- Experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations.
- Experience in H.R. / Payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Experience within the Security Industry will be advantageous.
- Mastery of the following programs: MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Understanding of wage processing and capturing of timesheets.
- Experience in recruiting and the employment process.
- High attention to detail

- Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Provide branch service excellence and contribute to branch efficiency by dealing with all internal and external queries.
- Assisting the Snr. Operations Manager in all administration as and when needed.
- Operating the switchboard and re-routing calls.
- Receiving and capturing of cash payments / Petty cash management and reconciliation.
- Sending and receipting of deliveries.
- Ordering and management of all Office Supplies. (Includes, but not limited to Stationary, books and equipment)
- Assist with the information needed by Accounts Payable.
- Monthly Stock Take and reconciliation.
- Ad-hoc Uniform issuing and general stock ordering and maintenance of stock levels.
- Assisting the H.R department in Exit Interviews, employee queries and general documentation management.
- Compiling of Weekly and monthly Branch feedback reports for the Operations Managers. (knowledge in Project Management Software will be advantageous)
- General building maintenance management.
