Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Identify and source new tenders daily on various tender sourcing platforms.
- Tender database registration completion (Municipal and private clients)
- Update database of new clients and targeted projects.
- Liaising with supply chain personnel with regards to tender queries
- Ensure professional client relationships.
- Attend tender brief meetings.
- Ensure timely liaison with clients.
- Completion of tender returnable documentation.
- Facilitate the administration of tenders, tender reviews and associated documentation.
- Ensure that all company supporting documents are included in the tender document.
- Ensure all tender compliance documents are in place.
- Ensure all company documents/details are up to date ie. CIDB, CSD etc
- Updating and compiling of supporting documents with regards to required documents for tenders. Ie. CVs
- Arrange pre-tender meetings with the procurement, financial, HR, SHEQ and technical department. Publish tender results and contract awards.
- Arrange and facilitate tender compliance handover meeting with various departments.
- Delivering accurate tender progress reports
- Maintain tender register
- Provide accurate tender communication to management.
- Ensure that strict tender deadlines are met.
- Submission of tenders timeously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (preferred)
- Bid Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
