- Implementing Strategic Plan Outputs: Implement Cash Operations strategies to optimize cash logistics, ATM uptime, administrative and support functions, supplier performance and data analytic inputs:

- Implementing policies and procedures.
- Presenting frameworks of current and future interventions necessary to support the core Cash Operations performance requirements.
- Recommending and implementing departmental Key Performance Indicators for optimal Cash Operations performance.
- Cash Operations Supply Chain Management and customer service delivery:

- Supervise daily Cash Operations, ensuring timely, secure and cost-effective cash ordering and delivery, effective supplier management, ATM performance, reporting, project management and administrative controls
- Team Leadership and communication:

- Manage and develop Cash Operations staff, providing guidance and training in line with company policies and local labour laws.
- Report to senior on scope of work.
- Keep abreast with the latest developments within area of expertise.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Managing the control of contractual obligations.
- Process Improvement:

- Continuously review and enhance Cash Operations processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Budget, planning and financial controls:

- Manage Cash Operations-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
