As a _Demand and Supply Chain Manager_ at Lelive, you will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain and ensuring a seamless flow of products to meet customer demands. You will be responsible for sales tracking and forecasting, utilising data-driven insights to project demand and future sales accurately. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop comprehensive production plans to maximise efficiency in meeting customer needs.

In addition to production planning, you will manage and build inventory systems to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing stock outs and minimising holding costs. Effective communication skills will be key as you coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires the ability to work well under pressure and deliver practical solutions to address challenges that may arise. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by ensuring that our products are available to customers on time and in the right quantities, and be actively involved in the growth of the companies operational systems as a whole.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning and procurement processes.
- Forecast demand on relevant channels to properly plan for production, and balance cash flow.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Help implement and optimise inventory systems working with ERP and inventory management software.
- Evaluate inventory levels across channels to maximise efficiency while minimising costs.
- Analyse sales and inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to and help improve the operations domain as a whole.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in demand / supply chain planning or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Numbers driven and strong ability to forecast and build models on platforms such as excel / google sheets.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
