**_You would be supporting the Pest Contro_**_l, Hygiene & Ambius bu_**_siness in Gauteng region in South Africa_**

**Requirements**:
**A vacancy has arisen for a Regional Business Manager in our South African Business in the Gauteng Region**

To lead and grow a professional multi-divisional and cross functional operational team through planning and development of systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the region in order to achieve high levels of service and performance in volume, quality and targets within set timelines. A detail oriented, analytical and hand-on leader with a passion for service excellence.

**The Key work outputs and accountability are**:
Delivery of turnover, profit and cash to budget

Budgeting, forecasting and reporting

Retention and growth of existing customer base.

Increase market penetration and share

Margin management.

Responsible for company assets within the region

Management of colleagues within the region

Recruitment and colleague development.

Communication and cooperation between Service, Sales and Support Functions

Ensure compliance to all company policies with key focus on H&S policies & procedures

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all touch-points of the business value offerings.

Develop and drive effective customer-service standards on a continual basis.

**Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need**:

- Competence in providing strategic leadership for the region and achievement of turnover, profit and cash targets and effective budgeting and forecasts
- Experience in increasing market penetration and share through business development initiatives and Customer retention to achieve year on year growth.
- Understand how to provide world class service to customers at the lowest possible cost through continuous monitoring and review of SOPs and correct product and service contract pricing
- Provide inspirational and motivational leadership; supporting and yet holding managers accountable to deliver the highest performance standards and regional goals with high compliance to local and Group HSE set standards, policies and legislative regulations.
- Experience in leading from the front in driving operational efficiencies, optimum productivity levels, customer service, evaluating regional performance standards to provide the highest levels of quality service delivery.
- Experienced in being responsible for overall efficient running of the region and creating working partnerships with Sales and Support functions.
- Understand staff recruitment, performance management and skills training.Leading the values & good employee relations.
