Table View, South Africa BOSS Consult Full time

Welcome customers into the store, offer assistance, and answer questions about clothing items, sizes, and services.
- Process sales transactions, manage cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the store’s clothing lines, current promotions, and fashion trends to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
- Ensure clothing racks and displays are neatly arranged and well-stocked. Replenish items as needed and maintain an appealing store layout.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts and manage backroom stock.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff, and be familiar with emergency procedures.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment. Assist in training new staff members.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, sales, and loyalty programs. Suggest additional clothing items or accessories to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
- Receive and process deliveries, checking for accuracy and condition of items.

Pay: R4 000,00 - R5 000,00 per month
