**Introduction**:
We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrators to work for United Pharmaceutical Distributors(UPD). The role will be based at our Lea Glen branch and will report to the New Business Manager

**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**:

- To provide administration support to the key accounts manager, distribution manager and distribution clients.

**Job Objectives**:

- To efficiently offer support to the Distribution team, communication and correspondence with key stakeholders, as well as the efficient delivery of any other relevant tasks as and when required, in order to provide the necessary support to the Key Accounts Manager in a professional manner
- To assist in coordinating the monitoring and maintaining of inventory levels by compiling dated stock reports and distribution stock levels, liaising with clients in regard to any discrepancies in stock.
- To liaise, co-ordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries.
- To generate, compile and distribute reports and distribution stats when required
- To provide dedicated day-to-day support to the Account Managers to ensure all clerical and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively including planning and managing diaries, co-coordinating meetings, drafting related agendas and minutes, dealing with daily correspondence, enquiries and requests
- To liaise with customers on distribution bookings, as well as create and circulate to the relevant departments
- To highlight areas within UPD where process efficiencies can be improved and implement suggested solutions to consistently reduce costs
- To manage day to day adhoc requests from clients (including invoices, POD's)
- To attend, capture and circulate minutes at client and other meetings as and when requested
- To implement distribution projects including client take-ons and provide administrative support to key accounts coordinators

**Minimum requirements**:
**Qualification**
- Matric
- Post matric certificate/qualification in administration/customer care
- Relevant diploma in marketing /customer care/ administration)

**Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role within a marketing, sales or commercial environment
- Proven track record as an administrator or coordinator providing support to senior executives
- Distribution or Wholesale experience
