**Job Purpose**:
Through cross-functional collaboration manage, lead, and orientate the internal agency to drive the delivery of the Cipla SAGA design and creative requirements across all marketing platforms and communication channels, with a special focus on digital experience execution.

**Accountabilities 1/10**:
**Operational delivery**
- Achieve a 95% efficiency threshold. As determined by per job, per hour tracking of all resources within the Internal Agency
- In conjunction with the marketing heads (and any other business units) determine when it is imperative to outsource work based on capacity, skillsets, and timeous delivery to the business - within budget
- Oversee and sign-off the budget management of all outsourced vendors, suppliers, and freelancers/contractors
- Oversee and sign-off the monthly budget trackers per cost centre and by resource spend
- Oversee and provide the direction for the ongoing maintenance and development of one Cipla look and feel across all channels and elements across the SAGA regionContinuously advise and guide the Internal Agency team on operational excellence and Cipla “know how”

**Accountabilities 2/10**:
**Tactical and strategic planning**
- Full custodianship of the implementation of all brand guidelines, CI’s, look and feel and tone of voice across all channels across the SAGA region
- In collaboration with the Head of Content initiate, design, develop and oversee the management of the implementation of the Agile Content Factory for all therapeutic categories and brands and all other business units
- Partner with marketing heads to identify prioritised content requirements for the creation of the product repository to future proof the business
- In collaboration with the marketing heads initiate, design, develop and oversee the management of all the development of all marketing communication elements required for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP)
- In collaboration with the Head of Multimedia oversee the management of all digital asset creation for the SAGA region. Including but not limited to websites, apps, video content creation, podcasts, broadcasts, CEP related content
- In collaboration with the Head of Multimedia deliver thought leadership innovative ideas for new channels, platforms, software and process’ to enhance customer and consumer experience.
- Conduct market studies for understanding the competitors' creative art, planning to clearly differentiate Cipla’s brands from them and have a unique and customer relevant proposition for the products
- Ensure global alignment if product/project requires
- Ensure in-depth knowledge and consumer insights for new markets are obtained and understood for relevant product and/or market to ensure creative execution is in line with market requirements.
- Ensure correct and relevant media is used and material executed in such a way as to translate the message into easy-to-understand execution.
- Ensure effective reach, especially new markets of the identified target market.

Page 3- Develop and execute exhibition stands and material at major symposia and conferences reflective of the brand and applicable to the audience
- Initiate, design, develop and implement the Communications Collation to foster cross-functional ways of working to better service all therapeutic categories, brands, strategic initiatives, and business units across the SAGA region
- Lead, oversee and manage the ideation, conceptual design process from brief to execution of work
- Final approval of all design, multimedia, creative and copy and packaging elements before final production commences

**Accountabilities 3/10**:
**Launch quality and timeliness’**
- Working closely with Marketing directors OTC and Rx and PMO office (including global),- Manage strategic impact for the business re quality of launch to minimise business risk and ensure organisation profitability.
- Manage the product launch content understanding the competitor insight for launch of similar products to maintain the uniqueness of product and price as guided by the commercial team
