We are looking for a goal-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team and be responsible for the smooth operation of all departments and internal business systems. Your responsibility will be designing, planning, putting into place, and having the highest level of performance as an expert in the system administration for computers and their complex operating systems. **We will trust you to**
- Configure internal systems;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Supervise the Operations team;
- Upgrade the network infrastructure;
- Install servers, devices and firewalls;
- Train new system users and set up their accounts;
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware;
- Update technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related field;
- 5+ years in IT administrator roles;
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal);
- Experience in Windows Server 2003 to Windows server 2019;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (ADSI, Network Policy Server, IIS, Group Policy Management, Terminal Services);
- Deep understanding of Office365 and Azure Cloud services (Microsoft Exchange);
- Knowledge of Hyper-V (virtualization) and SQL administration;
- Experience with Unix/Linux bash; Apache; Nginx;
- Excellent knowledge on Networking (VPN, routing). Preferred experience in Mirkotik;
- Good understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc);
- Knowledge of IPSEC, LT2P, VLAN, QoS;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Good reporting skills;
- Organizational and time-management skills.
