**Duties**:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premises systems, including Hyper-V virtualization, Exchange Servers, and Active Directory.
- Ensure seamless integration and communication between on-premises and cloud-based systems, enabling a cohesive and efficient hybrid environment.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures for Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory systems, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and resolve technical issues across the Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory environments promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest patches and updates, minimizing potential vulnerabilities and ensuring optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation in Azure workflows and on-premises systems, creating scripts or solutions to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures for easy reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, addressing their IT-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Attending to support Tickets from on-site and remote User.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications required**
- 3-5 years of experience in the role
- A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification is mandatory to showcase proficiency in managing Azure resources and services.
- A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is required to demonstrate advanced knowledge of designing and implementing Azure solutions.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, with significant hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization technology, virtual machine management, and virtual network configuration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and domain controller management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest Azure and IT infrastructure technologies.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments.
- Windows server experience
- Windows 10 / 11 experience
- A good understanding of Wi-Fi Technologies

**Additional Requirements**:

- After-hours on call support on a rotating basis.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends for project implementations and emergency support.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
