**Min. B.Com Finance degree and 2 to 3 years post article experience.**
The main objective of the role would be to:
Provide accurate financial reports, compliance, supervision of staff, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Managing costing of stock, budgets and forecasts and treasury function.
Responsibilities would include:
Reporting:
- daily sales
- preparation of month end results
- prepare and review monthly management reports
- prepare monthly variance analysis
Reconciliations:
- Review BS recons
- Review AP and AR recons monthly
- Review payroll recons monthly
Tax, Statutory and Audit
- Ensure all monthly statutory and tax deadlines are met
- Prepare monthly tax computations
- Submit tax return annually
- Control of assets, financial records and securities
Working Capital Management
- Review cash position daily
- Review and release cashbook and AP payments
- Fixed Asset Management
- Ensure accurate costing of stock
Other ad hoc duties as requested.
**B Com degree essential**
**SAIPA Articles essential / or CIMA**
**Previous experience in inventory costing and management and manufacturing knowledge.**
