TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker Manager (Short-Term Insurance) within the Financial Services division in Central Mpumalanga.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Lead, coach, and support a team of short-term insurance brokers
- Set performance targets, monitor results, and provide regular feedback
- Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development
- Collaborate on sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Oversee financial performance and commission structures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Provide product knowledge, training, and support to brokers
- Represent TWK Agri at industry events and networking opportunities

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- RE5 certificate
- RE1 certificate
- FAIS accreditation as per the FSCA requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in the short-term Insurance industry
- 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record in broker management, business development and client relationship management (advantageous)
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of brokers (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products, regulations and market trends
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
- Willing to travel
