Financial Co-ordinator

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Financial Co-Ordinator within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

**Job Summary**
This role involves supporting the finance team by managing financial documentation, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and handling commission statements. The Financial Co-Ordinator ensures accurate, timely financial transactions and plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity within the department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare and issue receipts, bills, invoices, and statements to clients and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in financial documentation
- Process EFTs and broker commission payments to creditors
- Manage invoicing for administrative, binder, and sundry fees
- Review and balance commission statements for salary runs
- Build and import commission statements into Commspace
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly debtors’ account reconciliations
- Review and allocate daily bank transactions
- Prepare and review credit and permanent life insurance premiums monthly
- Assist in generating financial reports and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Address and resolve financial queries professionally and promptly

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
- Experience in the insurance sector (advantageous)
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Commspace, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and trustworthy
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Essential)
