**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Possession of a minimum PSIRA Grade C certification (registered and current)
- Completion of a CPO course aligned with SASSETA Unit Standards or equivalent
- Valid Advanced Driving certification
- Possession of SAPS issued firearm competency for HG (SG & SLR will be advantageous)
- Valid driver's license (Possession of a PDP will be advantageous)
- Successful completion of a driver evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Essential computer & technological literacy
- Presentable appearance with meticulous attention to detail
- Clean criminal record
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a CPO
- Access to own reliable transportation
- Achievement of minimum Fitness and Shooting standards (Regulation 21)
- Willingness to undergo ITC (Credit) and Criminal Record Checks
- Willingness to undergo a Polygraph test prior to employment
