JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES

Your primary focus will be to execute research on marketing trends and competitive benchmark analysis that will inform our organisations marketing strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

Data Collection and Analysis:
Use data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting performance insights.
Audience Analysis:
Conduct audience segmentation and analysis to better understand our audience and their behaviour.
Develop personas and user profiles to inform marketing strategies.
Competitor Analysis:
Research and analyze marketing strategies of competitors and industry trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive in our respective markets.
Recommendations and Strategy:
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Testing and Optimization:
Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize data collection.
Continuously iterate on market research strategies based on test results and insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary education beneficial preferably incorporating Market Research (essential)
At least 3 years’ experience in research, of which online research and includes the use of Google Ads, Google Trends, Social Media Insights and related tools. (desirable)
Should have a strong analytical mind and an ability to handle data (extract and interpret) to drive business and marketing decisions.
Should have excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to give clear briefs and instructions to a team.
Proficiency in leading a team

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)
