**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
The digital buyer and user journeys are the predominant way of engaging with clients and prospects today. We’re looking for a dynamic team member to own and drive the online marketing performance space as part of NT Ltd.’s Digital Demand Hub, working closely with our regional, divisional and global marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) teams.
This role is critical in ensuring engagement through the entire buyers and user journeys - from web-visitor to closed/won and through to renewal/expansion of the account utilizing the most effective channels. It will ensure we’re optimizing our capabilities at every stage of the journey to maximize the demand coming through the funnel for sales.
To enable this, the role will own the strategy for online paid promotion utilizing the website, powerful content and online channels to drive engagement, build brand awareness, identify new leads, and support movement of opportunities through the funnel.
This role will define digital campaign strategy and optimization across search, website, social, syndication and display; our nurturing of early-stage inquiries to MQL and all digital programs; our client engagement and the digital programs required to support our regional ABM initiatives whilst ensuring the delivery the right content at the right stage of the buyer journey.
- Design and manage implementation and optimization of global campaigns across digital channels including audience targeting, SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic and syndication
- Contribute to campaign design and execution of digital marketing campaigns to deliver demand generation goals for always-on and integrated marketing programs
- Define appropriate timing for touch points along the client journey, i.e., the right moments in the lifecycle to efficiently reach clients
- Work to a best practice framework and share best practice within CoEs and regional demand hubs
- Ability to plan and scope technical requirements for campaigns from initial brief
- Track performance in achieving business goals. Consistently measures and reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI and provides dashboard reporting to key stakeholders. Optimize digital campaigns based on results.
