**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
To assist the National Events Manager with day to day admin tasks and reports.

**KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administration Management**:

- Coordinate fuel recons.
- Coordinate hired vehicle invoices.
- Coordinate HR-related documents.
- Coordinate IR related documents.
- Coordinate online H&S system.
- Coordinate payment requests.
- Coordinate petty cash recons.
- Coordinate POS Incident Reports.
- Coordinate Post Event Reports.
- Coordinate Regional POS transfers.
- Coordinate stock adjustments and stock take verification.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Ensure that the client’s objectives are met.
- Send event system status reports.
- The timeous and accurate compilation, administration and distribution of all key required information and reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Matric certificate
- 1 years event experience
- 1 year retail experience

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Sound literacy and numeracy knowledge
