**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Ensure Sales processes are revised and effective to achieve sales targets.**
- Continuously review current process within the sales departments
- Provide recommendations to improve current processes.
- Ensure processes are documented.

**Sales optimization**
- Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance team productivity by identifying gaps within the campaigns.
- Optimize sales reports for departments.
- Providing solutions and system recommendations to close the gaps within the campaigns.
- Listen to calls and provide feedback to improve sales performance when required.

**Providing support to the sales departments.**
- Assisting with launching POC's.
- Ensuring POCs feedback and stats are provided to the business.
- Provide suggestions on POCS.
- Work closely with the relevant departments for POCs.
- Support and assist sales team with new reports (testing and training)
- Be the bridge for sales and support departments.

**Reporting and Analyzing**
- Be the bridge for sales and support departments.
- Support and assist sales team with new reports (testing and training)
- Analyzing sales stats.
- Ensuring reporting is accurate and delivered within the timelines agreed.
- Analyse dialler stats
- Recommend suggestions based on findings.
- Support the business operations in the following areas:

- Accurate Reporting
- Automation of manual processes
- Analytical feedback to improve business productivity.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Minimum **2 - 3 years experience** as a Sales Enablement specialist / related role within a call centre environment
- Solid understanding of the various processes and procedures within a sales environment
- Prior experience using Vicci advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel (Formulas / Pivots / VLOOKUP etc.)
- Prior experience using reporting tools for generating and analyzing reports
