Key performance areas, inter alia, include:

- By way of summary, the CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial & operational leadership and will closely direct, co-ordinate and work with the Senior Executive Team and provide leadership as well as direction.
- Be the architect of strategic conceptualisation underpinned by a strong sales focus to ensure continual growth. This will be sub-divided in making recommendations on short, medium & long term growth initiatives.
- Together with the CFO, oversee the finance leadership which will include various analyses especially of financial trends & operational procedures to assist the Team. This will naturally include providing guidance, mentorship and advice.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues and act as a strategic advisor in many different areas which will include sales solutions, contracts, negotiations & business deals.
- It is critical that a sales driven culture to promote continuous growth and develop strategies is maintained & emphasised as it underlines the success of the business as a whole. However, it should never be forgotten that customer satisfaction is simultaneously essential in this role.
- On a macro level, the CEO needs to evaluate the businesss financial, operational, sales & marketing structures to ensure continual improvements & increasing operational efficiencies.**Requirements**:
