We are a long-term insurance provider backed by global insurance giants, is seeking an exceptionally talented marketing leads specialist to spearhead the lead-generation efforts of the business.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage and regularly engage with 3rd party providers to discuss campaigns and drive performance.
- Connect with new potential partners and set up new innovative campaigns.
- Develop and implement internal lead generation strategies.
- Develop high-quality lead databases for outbound sales.
- Work with call centres to guide the sales strategy to help achieve optimal results.
- Monitor data to ensure conversion rate and cost-per-acquisition targets are being met.
- Report on campaign results i.e. cost per lead, lead activity, sales etc.
- Provide regular feedback to business on the performance of campaigns.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of OneSpark's products, systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other business units to achieve optimal operational outcomes.
- Lead specific partner meetings and give feedback to executives.
- Ensure that any issues that are identified are resolved with urgency.

**What you’ll need**
- University degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Lead Generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good understanding of long-term insurance.
- Understanding of database marketing.
- Experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns is advantageous.
- Exceptional social, customer experience, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong project management skills.

**Salary**: R45,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month
