Beagle Watch Armed Response has a vacancy for a CCTV Manager. The position is based at the Call Centre in Fairlands, Johannesburg North.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing a team of CCTV monitoring agents
- Ensure effective monitoring and management of alerts
- Developing an effective VMS process integrating Public and Private space
- Ensuring that analytics and rules are adding operational value
- Effective and ongoing training i.e., simulation exercises
- Liaison between Operational and CCTV staff ensuring investigations are conducted and resolved as per SLA’s
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly management reports i.e., up/downtime, alerts processed, escalations and successes achieved etc.
- Reporting into the HOD Call Centre
- Billing analysis and recon
- Technical assistance to sales and technical staff on implementing new sites and/or solutions
- Resolving general service delivery issues that will happen from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Grade 12 (Matric).
- PSIRA Certificate is a must.
- Previous CCTV supervision or managerial experience.
- VMS experience in both a pro and reactive setting (Live and Alert Based)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be friendly, yet professional, with outstanding telephone manners.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Outlook, Word).
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Energetic, highly motivated
