- Remote viewing, offsite monitoring and DNS account setup.
- Basic network configuration, IP setup and addressing.
- Basic setup of wired and wireless networks.
- Installation and commissioning of video distribution to multiple monitors.
- Provide remote support to technicians and clients.
- Updating job cards with notes timeously.

**Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of Hikvision, Dahua and other CCTV systems.
- Good understanding of CCTV cabling, power supplies, cameras, DVR’s/NVR’s, network switches and power requirements.
- Good understanding of wired and wireless network equipment.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication.
- Well organized.
- Customer service orientated.
- Resolve problems and complaints as they arise timely and professionally.
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team.
- Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
- Punctual and good time management.

**Requirements**:

- Good personal hygiene and be presentable.
- Driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Minimum 3 years field experience in CCTV and networking.
- Must be willing to work overtime after hours and on weekends when requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
