Business Development Specialist for Cctv Solutions

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients interested in CCTV solutions, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends related to CCTV technology.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our CCTV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both their needs and company objectives.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of CCTV projects, providing support as needed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments using CRM software.
- Stay updated on advancements in CCTV technology and security best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our offerings and remain competitive in the market.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
- Strong understanding of CCTV technology, surveillance systems, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
