**Sales Support Administrator**
On-site : Maxwell Midrand
Position Type: Full Time Position
**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
The position will require, but is not limited to the following activities:
**Sales Team support**:
- Loading of customer deals in the system
- Maintaining the deals (i.e. sharing active deals with agents monthly)
- Working with pricing team to ensure invoicing is accurate
- Pulling data for Key Account Managers for business reviews
- Populating and circulating customers sales reports monthly (SAP reports)
- Maintaining pricing surveys and leading discussions in price meetings
- Creating purchase requisitions and PO’s in SAP
**Sales Orders**:
- Maintaining access to the ordering system
- Supporting sales agents with access to the system and trouble shooting
- Placing orders for customers not linked to sales agents and acting as back-up for urgent orders
- Placing orders on customer samples
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric qualifications (Post matric qualifications will be an advantage)
- At least 2 year experience in sales support/ Admin
- Must be organized and be able to multitask and go beyond normal working hours for urgent tasks
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
