Creative and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager required to form part of an established, but growing Marketing team.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Whilst focusing on customer acquisition, take the lead on identifying new and untapped opportunities to drive the additional growth the company requires to achieve it's business objectives.
- Adopt a data driven approach to prioritize opportunities throughout the conversion funnel to rapidly accelerate growth, lower cost per acquisition and improve customers’ experience
- Identify and set targets for the key customer acquisition metrics required to improve and measure performance against
- Generate a mix of innovative and traditional ideas to achieve your objectives, and then lead the implementation of these
- Manage A/B testing programmes to optimize performance
- Scale, and automate successful growth solutions
- Strategize around how to best launch new products to achieve high levels of customer adoption
- Support the CMO in developing future growth strategies
- Build and lead a dedicated Growth Marketing unit
- Continually analyze customer feedback and user behaviour data to identify pain points and growth opportunities
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments to improve company product offering and conversion rates
**Skills and experience required**:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent
- 6 years plus experience in marketing, business development or digital innovation, with an minimum of 3 years' experience focused on growth and performance marketing
- Strong track record of end to end experience leading successful growth initiatives
- Experience developing growth strategies and go to market plans for new product launches
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks, ideally in the financial services segment
- In-depth knowledge of web and digital marketing analytics (including tools such as Mixpanel)
- A/B testing and data analytics experience
- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and how to create viral growth
- Good knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
- Experience with common growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing
- Good working knowledge of CRM & Marketing Automate tools (ideally Airship or similar)
- Experience working within a fast-paced financial services industry ideal
- Experience of leading small teams
