- About the role
- We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel growth initiatives that drive measurable business results — from customer acquisition to lifecycle optimization. This is a cross-functional role that blends performance marketing, product thinking, data-driven experimentation, and strategic storytelling to fuel user and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, as well as developing frameworks for continuous testing and iteration. - Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition:
Own paid marketing campaigns across key channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic display
Build and manage campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and lower CAC
Continuously optimize bidding strategies, creative, and targeting based on performance data
- Growth Experimentation & CRO:
Work with product and design teams to improve conversion rates and reduce churn
Create testing roadmaps and develop clear hypotheses tied to KPIs
- Data & Analytics:
Track and report performance of all growth initiatives using analytics tools
Monitor core growth metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, payback period, MRR/ARR, etc.
Build dashboards to provide visibility to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:
Create segmented drip campaigns and onboarding sequences aligned with customer behaviour
Work with CRM and product marketing to personalize and automate lifecycle journeys
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives with company goals
Feed insights from experiments into brand, UX, and product roadmaps
Partner with agencies or freelancers as needed to scale operations
- Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office 365
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing roles
- Strong experience with paid digital advertising and campaign management (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing attribution tools, and A/B testing platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; you’re comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and interpreting data models
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Creative thinker who can blend storytelling with science in growth campaigns
- Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
- Experience in startups or scaling brands is a strong plus
- Advantageous: Familiarity with mobile attribution, affiliate marketing, or growth hacking tools
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Conversion rate (CVR) across funnel stages
- Monthly active users (MAU) or paying users
- Revenue growth / ARR / LTV:CAC ratio
- Churn rate and retention metrics
- ROI of paid campaigns
