**What you’ll do**:

- Originate, structure, and close renewable energy solutions (PPAs, wheeling, trading).
- Engage corporate clients, municipalities, Eskom, and regulators.
- Translate financial models into compelling client value.
- Collaborate across technical, legal, and finance functions.
- Represent SolarAfrica at industry events and client forums.

**What success looks like**:

- **3 Months**: You’ll know our products, frameworks, and clients — and have built early relationships.
- **6 Months**: You’ll be managing a qualified pipeline, presenting tailored solutions, and advancing deals.
- **12 Months**: You’ll have closed multiple high-value contracts, expanded our market share, and built a name for yourself in the industry.

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven success in complex solution sales (energy, infrastructure, or finance).
- Confidence selling to CFOs and senior executives.
- Strong financial/commercial acumen; tariff/PPA/wheeling structuring experience.
- CRM discipline and pipeline management skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and client-focused.
