Auto Wheels Autobody is a panel beating business looking for innovative, strong and hardworking people. We are looking for a storeman / stock assistant to join our stores department.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- Matric certificate
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team or alone
- Responsible and punctual
- Well spoken
- Ability to work weekends / overtime
- Drivers license is a bonus
- Experience in warehousing or stores will be highly favoured

**Consumables Stock**:

- Managing stock on all levels
- Ordering of stock
- Maintain correct stock levels
- All quantity and quality checks are in place when receiving stock.
- Processing GRV's (Good Receiving Voucher) in correct period.
- Correspondence and support to the Creditors department.
- Issuing inventory to employees
- Stock takes as per schedule
- Investigate variances from stock take.
- Implement preventative measures to prevent variances re-occurring

**Equipment**:

- Management of tools and equipment on all levels
- Booking in/out tools and equipment
- Ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained and safe

**Parts/outwork**:

- Managing parts and outwork on all levels
- Ordering of parts for vehicles
- Checking all parts are correctly supplied
- Booking in/out parts to relevant employees
- Processing GRV's (Good Receiving Voucher) in correct period

**General**:

- Administrative duties, e.g. filing, capturing.
- Supplier management
- Cost management
- House keeping
- Providing general assistance in the Stores Department
- Other duties required by management or director

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
