Parts Sales Executive

Our Dealership in Cape Gate has a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive.
**Responsibilities, **not limited to:
1. Visit assigned customers and investigate prospects for new customers.
2. Communicate orders to Counter Salespeople with clear indication on status (if stock or emergency).
3. Communicate delivery date of non-stock items to customers to ensure that it is acceptable prior to ordering.
4. Review any special orders and or pricing with the Parts Manager and obtain his/her approval.
5. Communicate and advise Counter Salesperson on delivery instructions.
6. Follow up on orders.
7. Compile and submit call reports, time sheets and expense reports.
8. Update customer records to reflect changes to customers' details and add to mailing list
9. Attend training seminars when possible.
10. Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
**Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in the same role (min 4 - 5 years)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Above average computer skills (Evolve & IAL preferred packages, but not essential)
4. Attention to detail
