Job Title: Sales Executive - Used Vehicles

Location: Brackenfell

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. As a Sales Executive for used vehicles, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable used vehicles
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing for customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive pricing, and new vehicle features

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on used vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financing options and the ability to work with the finance department
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or automotive industry is a plus
