Job description
- The role of this position is to provide support to the client to identify and provide the correct replacement spares for the EQUALIZER range of products. This role has a wide variety of duties including customer service; stocking duties; receiving in promoting to a profitable organisation and customer satisfaction.

Qualification requirements
- National diploma in Marketing
- 2-3 Years’ experience in after sales preferably in agricultural environment.
- 2-3 Warehousing / Logistics experience
- Good computer skills and experience with an ERP system

Character
- Interested in growing the business.
- Be able to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong planning skills
- Honest and reliable.
- Very good communicator English and Afrikaans
- Good telephone etiquette.

- Parts manager

Duties & Responsibilities
- Treat all customers fairly and with dignity.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Focus on quality and service.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer / dealership satisfaction.
- Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service end ethical business practices.
- Follow up on shortages and expedite where necessary.
- Should be knowledgeable of parts.
- Able to assist dealerships/clients on online catalogue where necessary.
- Communicate with CAD office regarding new parts.
- Advise CAD office of negative feedback or problematic parts.
- Handling warrantee queries.
- Communicating effectively with different departments regarding readiness / delivery of parts.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product / service quality.
- Ensure that deadlines are met.
- Handling sales process ensuring timeous deliveries.
- Ability to retain current customers for repeat business.
